Refund Policy

Service Fee Refunds

If we are unable to complete a service due to reasons on our side, you are entitled to a full refund of our service fee within 7 business days.

Government Fees

Government fees paid on your behalf (GST portal, MCA, IP India, etc.) are non-refundable as they are deposited with government authorities.

Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before we begin work, a full refund of the service fee will be processed.

Cancellation After Work Starts

If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on work completed.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. To request a refund, email refunds@udyogmitra.in with your order ID.

Disputes

For unresolved disputes, write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@udyogmitra.in. We will respond within 14 days.
