By accessing or using the UdyogMitra platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services

UdyogMitra provides business facilitation services including registrations, compliance filings, and consulting connections. We act as a facilitator; actual legal/accounting services may be rendered by empanelled professionals.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and using the Platform only for lawful purposes.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of service charges unless otherwise stated. Government fees are charged at actuals and are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on the Platform are the property of UdyogMitra Business Services Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

UdyogMitra is not liable for decisions made by government authorities, changes in law, or delays caused by third parties. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
